 Weekly World News - man transformed himself into a horseCame across this news story in Weekly World News.
I searched the Internet for more information but couldn't find anything more on it. I don't know if it is true or not. That, at least, is verifiable... One would think that those disappearances would make the (mainstream) local news, and also the police should have some records of it. If that turns out to be true, then it would be worthwhile to contact the two eyewitnesses here... Though how to progress further than that is a difficult question.
